These terms are an agreement between you and Founderfreedom Ventures LLP ("we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India, which owns and operates Bloom, including thebloomhealth.com and the Bloom app. By finishing set up you agree to them and to our privacy notice.

Using Bloom

You need to be 18 or older to have an account. Keep your sign in codes to yourself. Don't use Bloom to send messages people didn't ask for, to post anything unlawful or hurtful, or to interfere with the service.

Food, allergies and health

Bloom filters dishes using the diets and allergies you give it and the ingredient table behind each recipe. Ingredients and brands vary, so always check labels and use your own judgement, especially for serious allergies. Nutrition figures are estimates calculated per serving from typical values. Bloom is not medical or dietary advice; talk to a doctor or dietitian about health conditions.

Cocktails and alcohol

Recipes with alcohol show up in suggestions only after you switch them on and confirm you are of legal drinking age where you live, and anyone at home can hide them for the whole household. Follow the law where you are, never drink and drive, and drink responsibly. Nothing in Bloom suggests alcohol is good for your health.

Craving Express

Craving Express is pretend. The restaurants, menus, offers and prices are invented, nothing is ordered or delivered, and no payment details are ever asked for.

Recipes you add

You keep ownership of recipes, stories and photos you add. You give us permission to store and show them to the people you choose (just you, your household, your circles, or everyone). Public recipes are reviewed before they appear. Only share what you have the right to share. You can unpublish or delete your recipes at any time.

Bloom's content and brand

The Bloom name, logo and mascots, the app and its design, the recipe collection we curate (its write ups, stories, versions and nutrition data), illustrations and software belong to Founderfreedom Ventures LLP and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may use them to cook and to share links with friends. Please don't copy, scrape, resell or republish the collection or the app, or use our brand, without our written permission. Recipes you add stay yours, as set out above.

The monthly Box

The Box is available in India only.

The Box does not renew on its own. Each month you choose items and confirm, either paying online through Razorpay or paying on delivery. We remind you near the end of the month.
The price shown when you confirm is the price you pay, including taxes. Delivery is in the first week of the following month to the address you give.
You can cancel until the end of the month you ordered for. Pay on delivery orders are simply cancelled. Paid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
If an item is unavailable or no longer suits your household's diet and allergies, we take it out before you pay, or refund it if it can't ship.
Products marked "check with your doctor first" are supplements; ask your doctor before taking them.

Messages to your cook and friends

When you send a cook brief or an invite, you confirm the person is happy to hear from you. Cooks confirm their email address once before any brief is emailed, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Bloom accurate, safe and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law, or under the consumer law where you live.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Household settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disputes and contact

Bloom is run from India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction, without taking away protections your local consumer law gives you if you live elsewhere.
